Paa Mul, Mexico 71F @ 6:20pm

Hello everyone it has been a few days since our last publish. We have been travelling around to a few places to see the beautiful sights here. We visited a little town called Tulum and they have the oldest ruins right on the ocean. The beaches are incredible the sand is like white powder and so soft to walk on.
We walked around the town ,they had shops on both sides you can not beleive the things they have for sale. From cloths to hats ,jewlery, etc.Gordon always has fun talking to the people.
We all had lunch at one of the outside restaurants and then headed to the beach. All and all it was a real nice day,we walked along the beach for a long ways and enjoyed the sound of the waves.
Here are a few pictures of the progress of the Palapa things are really moving along. The walls are up the electrical is in the plumbing is in and the floor for the trailer is done and the bathroom where you see Rick on top is not done yet. The tile has been picked out for the bathroom and the tile for the floor.
Well thats about it for now Gordons says hello. And i would like to wish you all a great evening and thanks for looking in.

Hello everyone all is well here.I watch CKY news every night with the neighbours Star choice so we keep up to date with Winnipeg weather and news .I can not beleive the weather.
We are very busy these days with helping our friends with there new winter getaway.
When it is finished it will be very nice,as you can see it is really coming along. they plan to finish all the walls by Sat, I must tell you these Mexican people work very hard 10 hour days and to work in the heat, is amazing. It has been incredibly humid and hot I have even been keeping the dogs in the air conditioned bus during the hottest part of the day.My old dog Bear, it gets pretty hot for him.
Some of the pictures I have put in are of the progress they are making of the Palapa. And the palm tree picture is looking in different direction from the front yard of the Palapa. And I took a picture of an iquana that lives on the stone wall just inside the yard. When we sit there it walks up and down the stone wall.
Well I hope all is well with every one, and thanks again for looking in. Take care everyone.

Hello everyone, the days are flying by, we went to Cancun and drove down the coast, the water was incredible these pictures do not even bring out the caribbian colors of the water. You just can not stop looking at the beautiful color so I thought I would share these pictures with you.
Then we drove into the Hotel zone there are so many hotels you can not even see the water unless you are staying in one of them. These pictures of the water are before we get to the Zone.
The Palapa that we are working on is really moving along, the pictures are of the plumbing being finshed up, for the floor to be done on Monday, they do not work on Sundays it is there family day so we also will be taking a day and we are going to lay on the beach, and enjoy the day.
We had lunch at a place in one of the Malls when we were in Cancun on the water it was nice.
I hope all is well with everyone, thanks for looking in and take care.

Paa Mul, Mexico 85F @ 11:30 pm

Hello everyone it is me again.I hope all is well it is 11:30 in the evening and a few of us got together to watch the superbowl Game. All the guys watched it in Richards bus and all us girls watched chick flicks in my bus. It was a nice day.
Here are a few of the pictures on our progress as the Palapa starts to take a little shape, the foundation for the floor is almost complete. They will finish it this week I think, then we will be putting a stain on all the wood that will be exposed to the Gulfs sea air.
I also took a couple of pictures of a finished front of a Palapa and a almost finished one. And a picture of the mexican boys doing the work.
The finished ones have a beautiful veiw do they not. When we go to the Palapa in the evenings it is so relaxing to hear the waves hit the shore. And to gaze at the stars it is really nice.
Well it is getting late so I will say goodbye for now and you have a great day and we will talk to you soon.Send me an email and I will get back to you if you like.
Take care everyone
Jane and Gordon
